Spring 2005 ISPI Conference
Process, Practice & Productivity
Spring 2005, Vancouver, B.C.

I had the opportunity to attend two absolutely inspiring International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI) conferences. The first conference was in Vancouver, B.C. and the following year it was held in Dallas, Texas. I heard many inspirational speakers at both conferences. Just a few of many topics covered are Performance Improvement, Analysis, Evaluation and Measurement, Intercultural Communications, Emergent Learning, Motivation, and Blended Learning Strategies.

It is very affirming to me to attend these conferences. Like the individuals that contribute to the open source movement, people in the field of performance improvement devote their skills and energy to making this world a better place.
